This official website is designed, developed, and hosted by the National e Governance Division (NeGD) under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.

The Unified Project Management System (UPMS) is developed to support the secure and efficient management of Calls for Proposals (CFPs), proposal submissions, project planning, monitoring, and inter ministerial collaboration. The platform provides authorised users with accurate and updated information related to CFPs, proposals, project status, fund allocation, and progress details.

2. Information Accuracy and Content Contribution

Content and data made available on UPMS are contributed by participating ministries and departments. Efforts are made to ensure that all information is reliable, current, and consistent across modules. However, the accuracy of data depends on timely inputs from respective organisations.

3. External Links

UPMS may contain links or integrations that direct users to external systems for operational purposes. These external platforms operate under their own policies and UPMS does not assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or data management.

4. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to enhancing the platform’s design, features, security, and content quality on an ongoing basis to ensure a better user experience and alignment with evolving organisational and governance requirements.

5. Usage & Ownership

This application is intended solely for UPMS stakeholders. All UPMS content and APIs are the exclusive property of the Government of India. Any use of these APIs for purposes other than UPMS will be considered an unlawful activity.
